Ivy is the Executive GM of Wuhan PAIF, Director of Hubei Overseas Intellectual Rights Protection Center, with M.A. from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. US Project Management Professional Certification and Fund Manager Qualification. She also funded the Hubei Provincial Tech Financing Service Platform and holds director position in several tech enterprises. Ivy has many years of experience in industrial operation and capital markets. She has successfully closed multiple mergers and acquisitions for listed companies, and participated in the restructuring of a large commercial bank, and of a group company’s asset.
