Leo Zhou

Head of Patent Sector

Mr. Zhou is the Head of Patent Sector of PAIF. Mr. Zhou obtained his Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Engineering, Automation, from Harbin Institute of Technology; Mr. Zhou is also a Certified Patent Attorney in China. He has worked in large patent agency, and has worked in patent management and patent operations in China’s aerospace and state-owned units. He also worked as a chip design engineer in Huawei. Mr. Zhou has a broad vision from product development to patent application, patent early infringement warning, to patent operation and technology transfer.
